NezTech Corporation provides decision support, advisement and management services for small businesses, start-ups and established organizations and institutes. The cornerstone of NezTech’s service is sound and rational business research that targets the contacts necessary for successful business strategy development and execution. Staffed by experienced marketers, managers and engineers, NezTech is capable of understanding complex products and markets, and communicating value to investors, managers, early customers and partners. From research to planning to execution, NezTech delivers.

Company History:
Through his involvement with numerous government sponsored incubators and independent venture organizations, NezTech’s founder, Dave Nestic, noticed that technology companies often experienced difficulty communicating the need for their product offering to both prospective customers and investors. A firm that could support the development needs of these struggling companies was needed. NezTech was formed in 1994 as a technology business development and commercialization firm providing market research, industry analysis, strategic planning and outsourced management to early stage technology businesses.

Nestic observed a disconnect between technology entrepreneurs and investors. Entrepreneurs would lament that investors did not understand their products, while investors claimed they did not see value in the technology business plans. This disconnect often centered around proving how the technology would translate into revenue generation, scalable growth and sustaining value. A similar gap often exists in established companies in the early stages of new product development. NezTech specialists help bridge the gap between entrepreneurs and investors, or between new technologies and markets.

NezTech began offering services to clients that helped them to better develop, communicate and sell their technology company concepts. As its customer base grew, so did the scope of the firm’s clients and services. Though NezTech still has a strong group of early stage technology customers, it now also counts much larger corporations among its clientele. NezTech has truly grown into a full service business development and commercialization corporation offering an array of business development services.

Business Philosophy:
“ Never miss the opportunity to make a connection; never stop selling.” - Dave Nestic, Founder
The largest single success factor in business is the connections that a manager makes in the industry. At NezTech, we believe in immersing ourselves into an industry alongside our client. By doing this, we seek to fully understand the underlying value drivers a client’s business brings to key individuals in the industry, and we use this knowledge gained to direct clients to effective growth strategies.

Business Research Philosophy:
During research phases NezTech personnel dive into your industry. They pick up the phone and find the industry thought leaders. NezTech can visit customers and prospects, attend trade shows interview sales personnel and engineers. They work to uncover the underlying value drivers of your business or to find the information needed. Impressions during conversations are registered and actionable concepts are floated to gain insight. If a business opportunity arises during research, NezTech works to capitalize on it.

Planning Philosophy:
NezTech planning is concise and clear. Large tomes do not suit fast moving business opportunities. NezTech believes in getting to execution quickly so the inevitable necessary adjustments can be uncovered early. Communication during planning is critical. Client management is involved with planning processes and conclusions.

Management and Execution Philosophy:
Execution begins when the project starts. Often times during research phases the management can see where the opportunities lie before the plans are composed. Whenever a market connection pulls you into a sizeable opportunity, take action and capitalize on it. NezTech believes nothing speaks value to investors and other customers more than quality reference accounts.
